During his recent official visit to Japan, Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone of the Lao People's Democratic Republic engaged with Japanese business leaders to encourage investment and trade between the two nations. In alignment with this initiative, NK HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. presented to Prime Minister Sonexay its comprehensive plan for large-scale agricultural development in Laos.

Proposals to the Lao Government:

1. Development of Coffee Plantations: Establish approximately 6,000 hectares of premium Arabica coffee plantations, incorporating advanced and sustainable intercropping techniques. This initiative aims to provide stable employment and enhance the income of local farmers.

2. Establishment of Processing Facilities: Construct on-site processing complexes to meet the demands of NK HOLDINGS' supply chain for end products in premium markets such as Japan, South Korea, Europe, and Canada.

3. Supply Chain Optimization: Develop an efficient logistics network, including specialized containers for transporting fresh produce and air freight systems, to reduce costs and enhance product value.

4. Building a Sustainable Community Development Model: Implement a model that transitions communities from poverty alleviation to becoming technologically adept in cultivation and processing, producing high-quality finished products welcomed by various markets. NK HOLDINGS commits to fostering sustainable community development, encompassing improvements in education, healthcare, welfare systems, increased basic salaries, and support for children's education, aiming to create a sustainable community with a high-quality workforce.
