Preserving Nature's Nutrients - The Power of Raw, Unheated Honey
Most commercial honey on the market is heat-treated to extend shelf life and delay crystallization. However, this process destroys the honey's natural enzymes, antioxidants, and living nutrients—turning what should be a natural superfood into a sugar syrup. At NK HOLDINGS, thanks to our advantage of 100% natural, free-range beekeeping on organic farms, we proudly produce raw, unheated honey to preserve its full nutritional profile:- Natural enzymes that aid digestion and boost immunity.
- Antibacterial & antiviral compounds that protect your health,
- Amino acids, trace minerals, and natural antioxidants that support skin, gut, and metabolic wellness
Water Reduction by Centrifugal Vacuum Technology - Gentle, Effective, Nutrient-Safe
After harvesting, our honey is filtered and gently dehumidified using centrifugal vacuum dehydration technology. Operating at only 32-34°C, this method preserves heat-sensitive nutrients while reducing moisture content to an optimal level.

Water content can be reduced to 15%, though our current standard is 20%

Honey crystallization is naturally delayed—up to 6 months to 1 year

Shelf life is extended to 2 years without preservatives or additives

Our Mission - Bringing Vietnam's Finest Raw Honey to the World
